He completed his graduation from Elphinstone College, Mumbai University in year 2005 and thereafter completed his LL. B. Degree (Bachelor of Laws) in year 2008 from Lala Lajpatrai College of Law at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. Subsequently, he completed his post-graduation degree of LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Business law group from Mumbai University in year 2011. Further, he has also done Basic Diploma in Cyber Laws and Advance Diploma in Cyber Laws simultaneously in year 2017 from Government Law College, Mumbai and Asian School of Cyber laws, Pune respectively. He has been actively practicing since year 2008 before various Courts, Tribunals and Authorities including Magistrates Court, Civil and Sessions Courts, Bombay High Court, SEBI, SAT, Arbitral Tribunals, RERA, Revenue Authorities etc. and have a vast experience of handling Corporate cases including commercial litigation, civil suit, arbitrations, and also criminal cases, SEBI Proceeding, SAT Appeals, case before Bombay High Court etc. and haVe overall experience of eighteen plus years. He also has a specialization in handling non litigation works related to Corporate and Real Estate which includes conducting Legal Due Diligence of Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Companies.

He completed his graduation from Ambedkar College, Mumbai University in Commerce stream in year 1997 and thereafter completed his LL. B. Degree (Bachelor of Laws) in year 2008 from Ambedkar College of Law at Wadala, Mumbai. He was a court officer employed as Assistant in the Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai under Government of India and served for a period of 22 years and gained vast experience in appeals related to securities market. In order to practice independent litigation, he relieved himself from SAT in year 2022 and started practicing by associating himself with M/s. Profess Law Associates. He is presently having overall experience of Fifteen (15) plus years in the field.
